About Me
I've always been a creative at heart. As a child I dreamed of Broadway, later studied acting at NYU, and spent years pursuing a career as a singer-songwriter.From the outside it looked like I was following my dream, but underneath the performances and releases, I was searching for something much deeper than success.To be honest, I was overwhelmed by anxiety and self-doubt a lot of the time. I believed I simply wasn't disciplined enough, confident enough, or cut out for the artist life.In reality, I had become so connected to other people's expectations, old conditioning, and my own inner critic that I had lost touch with the inner knowing of my own soul.Everything began to change when I discovered energy work, inner child healing, and shadow work. Instead of trying to fix or overcome my emotions, I learned to sit with myself and observe. Every difficult experience became an opportunity to develop greater self-awareness, self-trust, and compassion.That process eventually led me somewhere I never expected but always desired deep down: helping other people navigate their own inner worlds.Today I work one-on-one with clients, often other HSPs and empaths, guiding them through emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, unconscious patterns, and their soul’s calling. My training is primarily in Moodtek Energy Dynamics and Eden Energy Medicine Essentials. I’m also a Certified Womb Circle Facilitator.I like to describe myself as an emotional alchemist because this is the practice I do every day when transforming fear or doubt into clarity and wisdom.

I started writing songs as a teen most likely to find belonging as a first generation American and express my inner world.This was my first form of channeling the divine. The songs often felt as if they were hovering above me waiting to be plucked down to earth or buried deep within ready to be birthed.Once I was well into my healing journey, I noticed the songs stopped visiting me. The need to put words down on paper shifted when I learned the power of vulnerable conversations.I still occasionally write contemplative and conscious songs when the energy moves me and am studying how to use my voice more as a healing instrument.

We open up the energy field with a deep prayer and a one hour lay-it-all-down call setting the course for the next two months.
Week 2, 4, 6, 8:
Energy Clearing + Activation
A one hour remote energy clearing, to release the root causes of soul fragmentation and restore energetic harmony.
This will be followed by a one hour soul conversation where I’ll debrief what was cleared, offer practical guidance and spiritual straight talk.
Week 3, 5, 7: Integration
This is your time to rest and allow your system to make the necessary shifts towards wholeness.
You will receive a 30 minute cellular repair session to help you align with higher frequency.
